We are proudly to announced that our first license 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Training has commence on 14th June 2021 which is our first Agile, Genba & Entrepreneurial (A.G.E) series for this year. The training consists of the combination of Operation & Home ground Leaders would take place online divided into 6 groups all together with more than 24 sessions! Let’s hope this training will have an impact to the participants and bring us closer to achieving company goals.

AEON Bakery & Delica School have come to an end after amazing yet challenging year. With the number of 37 apprentices successfully completed their exam with flying colors, awarded them with “Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia Tahap 2 (SKM 2)” and absorb into permanent AEON employees. Total of 148 AEON skill experts successfully undergo 3 days leadership workshop held at Agrotek Garden Resort, Hulu Langat, Kuala Lumpur. Participants have been furnished with variety of activities related to 7 Habits Principle in order to cultivate them becoming a competent leader.
